returns + exchanges

We don't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind — including choosing the wrong size, colour or format. This applies to all merchandise, vinyl and other physical goods, so please check sizes and product details carefully before ordering.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly not as described, contact us at hello@cohortrecords.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Please get in touch as soon as you can (ideally within 7 days of delivery) so we can sort it out quickly. We'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing on this page limits those rights.

privacy policy

When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, phone number (if provided) and order details. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments — we never see or store your full card details.

We use this information to process and ship your order, send order confirmations and shipping updates, and handle customer service.

If you opt in at checkout or sign up to our mailing list, we'll also send you news about releases, artists, events, and merchandise. You can opt out at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email, or by contacting us at hello@cohortrecords.com. Opting out won't affect order-related communications.

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that run the store and deliver your order — Shopify (our store platform), our payment processor, and our shipping carriers such as Australia Post — and with advertising platforms as described below.

cookies + tracking

This site uses cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta pixel and similar tools from other advertising platforms we use (such as Google and TikTok), to understand how the site is used and to measure and show relevant ads. When you make a purchase, we may share order details and a hashed (encrypted) version of your email address with these platforms for the same purposes. Where we sell merchandise on behalf of an artist, that artist may use their own tracking for the same purposes.
